This tutorial is for PSP-users with some more knowledge of the program, written in PSP9,  but also makeable with earlier versions.

Nodig: mask 10e mask 02
         tube of the clock
         Animatie Shop

2 tubes of your own, one of a younger person and one of an older person.

I used two images of Ayumi. Her beautiful art can you find here.

1. Open a transparent canvas of 500 x 500 pixels. Select two colors from your tubes as fore- and background and set your foreground on gradient like this:

2. Floodfill your canvas. New rasterlayer. Again use your gradient, but select "invert" this time. Floodfill the new layer with the gradient.

3. Open the mask 10e_mask_02. Layers – new masklayer – from image and select the mask. Layers – merge group.

4. Effects -edges – enhange,  do this 2 times.

5. Take the tube of the younger person, copy it and paste it as a new layer on the image with the mask. Move it to the right place with your movetool.

6. Give the tube the following dropshadow: 1-1-100-12.

7. Change the opacity of this layer to 65%.

8. Take a font of your choice, using your colors of the gradient as fore- and background and write down the words "time flies". Move it to the left uppercorner and change the layer in a rasterlayer.

Give it same drop shadow as before.

9. Paste the copyright of your used images on a place of your choice and merge all layers.

10. Images – borders, symetric selected, 5 pixels with your background color. Repeat with 3 pixels of your foregroundcolor.

11. Selections – select all. Selections – modify – contract with 8. Use the same drop shadow as before. Deselect.

12. Paste the tube of the older person as a new layer on your tag and give it same drop shadow as used before.

13. Put your watermark on a new layer, move it on your tube.

14. Click on your text picture, change the size to 100 and write down your name. Give it the same drop shadow as before.

15. Lock your merged layer, select one of the other layers and merge them visible. Resize your tag to 350 x 350, all layers selected.

16. Now lock this merged layer and unlock the merged layers you made before. Edit – copy. Open your Animation Shop – edit – paste as a new animation.

17. Click with right on your image. Selection – duplicate. Do this 6 times, so you will now have 7 images behind each other.

18.  Go back to PSP and open the tube of the clock. If you want so you can color your clock (adjust – colorize) in a nice color of your tubes.

19. Make two copies of the clock with Shift+D. The first clock: Selections – rectangle. Place it as in the preview and use the delete button. Deselect.

20. The second clock:  Selections – rectangle. Place it as in the preview. Selections – selections – invert.  Use the delete button. Deselect.

21. Copy your 3 clocks one by one to Animation Shop and paste them as a new animation.

22. Image – onionskin. Select "active." Select the first image of your tag by right click. Now select the clock on which you removed the left part and drag it with your mouse to your first image. Place the clock on the left side as shown:

Now select your second image after that to the tube with the whole clock and drag this to the second image. Place it next to the first one. As you see you now are able to see where the first clock was placed.

23. Click on your clocktube, which is empty at the moment and after that on the undo arrow and you will see the clock again.
Place all the clocks on the images in that same way and end with the clock that’s missing a corner.
Attention!  After that you have an image without any clock!
May be you don’t need all your images. Making bigger steps then I did LOL. Then select that image and remove it.

24. Back to PSP again, to your original tag. Unlock your merged layer (with the older person) and copy it to AS as a new animation. Duplicate this image until you have the same number as the animation with the clocks.

25. Select the first image. Edit – select all. Edit – copy. Now select the first image with the clock, edit – select all. Edit – paste in the selected frame.

Your image is now hanging at your cursor and you can paste it on the right place. Don’t be afraid it will be going wrong, you can always use the undo arrow and try it again.

26. Select your images one by one – Animation – frame properties. Change it into 20.  Only the last image, the one without a clock, has to be changed into 35.

Save your tag as a gif and you are ready!!

I hope you enjoyed this tutorial.
